You can track your Order through the various internal steps to complete your order. By returning to our site at any time, you will see a new table at the top of your 'Main Menu' screen displaying current orders in progress. By clicking on the 'DETAIL' link, you will be shown the step by step progression of your order through our print processes through to dispatch.
Here is an outline of the steps your card order goes through and what each step means.
A bar is shown across the top of the Order Detail screen with each internal step showing. You will see one of the steps highlighted. Let's run through them here.
[ORDERED] [ARTWORK] [PRINTING] [FINISHING] [DISPATCH] [COMPLETE]
Ordered means we have received your order and it is awaiting processing. We batch orders together
and it may stay in the ordered status for 1 to 2 days.

At Artwork we commence the artwork creation process. A batch of cards is selected and a file is
created for our imagesetter to make film and plates for the printing process. This process takes
typically 24 hours.

The print job has been scheduled, and the plates are put on the press. This is where ink goes
on to the board. Your cards are printed and put aside for drying. This process only takes
a couple of hours. And the sheet can take a few hours to dry and where possible we leave
it overnight.
[ORDERED] [ARTWORK] [PRINTING] [FINISHING] [DISPATCH] [COMPLETE]
Finishing is a printing term. It is where a print job is finished. Such things as cutting and
folding are called finishing processes. Here we cut your cards out of a larger sheet. The edges
are trimmed and your cards are boxed up ready to go. Again this only takes a couple of hours after
the printed sheet is dry.

Whilst your cards were being printed, we were printing out dispatch labels with you delivery
instructions on them. All orders are packaged and addressed and delivered to the various depots
for couriering or Express Posting. The serial number of your Express Post Satchel or tracking
number of any Fedex parcel is recorded against your order and displayed in the Order Details
section of our website for you to see.

Our job is done, and your cards are on their way to you. With most Australian orders going by Express Post,
Metropolitan areas will usually have their cards the next day. Most international orders are
dispatched by Fedex and take on an average of 2 days to arrive.
